Markets likely to open flat today: ICICIdirect
..... -
July 02, 2015 ''Indian markets are expected to open flat on the back of mixed global cues due to uncertainty surrounding Greece, as it defaulted on its loan repayment to the IMF. Greece has asked for an extension keeping markets range bound,'' said ICICIdirect.
Domestic markets recovered in late trade to end positive after the US embassy said India is one of the fastest growing FDI sources for the US with investors from the country most interested in US' aerospace and textile sectors.
US markets ended mostly higher partly due to bargain hunting following the previous day's sell-off, which pulled the Dow down to its lowest closing level in almost five months.
